Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026. These terms cover the UITG Smart Table Chrome extension sold on plugin.uitg.co. The pricing on the homepage, the privacy policy, and the refund policy are part of these terms.

Seller

Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. (UITG Consulting Co., Ltd.)
29th Floor, Ocean Tower, Huangpu District, Shanghai, China

plugin.uitg.co sells browser extensions. It does not sell translation, advertising, or other project services.

The product

UITG Smart Table is a Chrome extension. On a page you have open, it reads a table you choose to export and produces a spreadsheet you can open in Excel. It is not an add-in installed inside the Excel desktop application, and it is not a pack of spreadsheet templates.

The Chrome Web Store listing is how you install the extension. This website sells the Pro license for that extension. Buying Pro does not transfer any copyright in the software.

Three free uses

The extension can complete 3 exports before payment. A use is one completed export. When those 3 are finished, further exports require Pro. Finishing the free uses does not start a subscription and does not charge a card.

The 3 uses are for evaluating the extension. Reinstalling the extension, clearing browser data, or creating extra Chrome profiles in order to reset the counter is not allowed.

Pro license

Pro is a one-time license at $19.90 USD. It does not renew. The price on the homepage is the product price. If tax applies, Paddle calculates it and shows it before you pay.

One Pro license is for the person who buys it. It may be used on up to 3 Chrome profiles that this person personally controls. It may not be shared with other people, sublicensed, or resold. A team that needs more than those 3 profiles needs its own licenses.

Acceptable use

You may use the extension on pages you are allowed to access. You may not resell the license, rent it, bypass the free-use limit, or redistribute the extension package outside the Chrome Web Store. We may revoke a license that is abused in this way, and then follow the refund policy for any amount that should be returned.

Payment

Card checkout is offered on plugin.uitg.co/checkout. For that card payment, Paddle.com is the merchant of record. Paddle handles the charge, the buyer invoice, and the applicable tax. The buyer terms Paddle shows at checkout also apply to that payment.

The extension itself, the Pro license, and product support are provided by Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. The extension package does not contain a Paddle secret key. Card numbers are entered in Paddle Checkout, not in the extension and not in an email.

Delivery

There is no physical shipment and no file attached to the order. After Paddle confirms payment, Pro is activated for the email on the Paddle receipt. You install or reinstall the extension from the Chrome Web Store, then restore the license in the extension with that email. If Pro is not available after the receipt arrives, email us the Paddle order number and we will activate it.

Availability

The extension depends on Chrome and on the pages you use it on. A site can change its HTML so that a table can no longer be read. We will keep the extension working for the table export described on the homepage, and we will correct a Pro license that fails to unlock. We do not promise that every website’s tables can be exported, or that a particular export will be free of cleanup in Excel.

Disclaimer and liability

The export is a convenience copy of what is on the page. You are responsible for checking the sheet before you rely on it. We do not promise that an export is complete where the page hides rows, uses images instead of text, or blocks extension access.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including rights that consumer law keeps in place.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Mandatory consumer rights where you live still apply, including any refund right that law requires.
