Privacy policy
Privacy Policy
Effective 25 October 2026. This policy describes how Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. (UITG Consulting Co., Ltd.) handles information for the website plugin.uitg.co and for the UITG Smart Table Chrome extension sold here.
Address: 29th Floor, Ocean Tower, Huangpu District, Shanghai, China. Email: anna.chen@uitg.co.
This website
plugin.uitg.co is a static product site. It has no customer account and no shopping cart stored on our server.
- If you email anna.chen@uitg.co, we keep that email and our reply so we can handle support, refunds, and license restoration.
- The web server writes a standard log line for a request: IP address, date and time, URL, and browser type. We use those logs to operate and protect the site. They are rotated and then deleted. We do not sell them.
- The pages do not load advertising or third-party analytics. Checkout is the exception: when card payment is enabled, that page loads Paddle.js from Paddle.
The extension
UITG Smart Table is a Chrome extension. This section describes that product. If a later extension on this site works differently, this policy will say so on this page before that extension is sold.
- Table content. When you run an export, the extension reads the table you chose on the page that is open, so it can build the spreadsheet. That content is used for the export you started. It is not sold. It is not uploaded to plugin.uitg.co, because this website only serves the product pages and does not receive export files.
- Free-use count and license. The extension stores how many of the 3 free exports have been used, and whether Pro is active, so the limit can be applied. The Pro check uses the email on the Paddle receipt when you restore a license.
- No Paddle key in the package. The extension does not contain a Paddle API key. Card payment happens in the browser on plugin.uitg.co/checkout.
- Chrome permissions. The permissions are the ones Chrome shows on the Web Store listing and on the extension’s details page. They let the extension see the table on a page when you run it, remember the free-use count and license, and open this site’s checkout. They are not used to sell browsing history.
A page can include more than a table. The extension’s purpose is the table you export, not a copy of your other browsing.
Payment data
When you pay by card, Paddle.com is the merchant of record. Paddle collects the card number, expiry, billing details, and the email for the receipt. Those card details are not typed into UITG Smart Table and are not stored on plugin.uitg.co.
We receive the payment result we need to grant Pro: whether the payment succeeded, the amount, the currency, the buyer email, and the Paddle order number.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site for translation, advertising, or other customer lists. Information you send about a license is used for that license, for support, for refunds, and for the accounting records a completed sale requires.
How long we keep it
- Support email: for as long as we need it to finish the request, and longer only where a paid order has to stay in the accounts.
- Completed orders: the transaction record (not the card number) is kept for accounting and tax.
- Server logs: for a limited operating period, then deleted by log rotation.
- Paddle keeps payment data under Paddle’s own policy.
- The free-use count in the browser stays in that Chrome profile until you remove the extension data or the profile.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about a support request or a license, email anna.chen@uitg.co from the address we should match. Tell us the Paddle order number if there is one. We will confirm it is your request before we change it.
Deleting a license record can turn Pro off. A refund, once approved, also turns the Pro license off. Card and invoice questions for a Paddle payment can go through the link on the Paddle receipt as well as to us.
Where your local privacy law gives you a right this page does not list, that right still applies. Write to the same email and name the request.
