Refund policy
Refund Policy
Effective 25 October 2026. This policy covers the UITG Smart Table Pro license sold on plugin.uitg.co for $19.90. The seller is Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. Contact anna.chen@uitg.co.
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for card payments. An approved refund is sent back by Paddle to the original payment method. This is not a “no refunds” product.
When you can ask
Within 14 days of a successful payment, email us for a full refund of that order if any of these is true:
- The extension does not install or does not run in desktop Chrome, and we cannot fix that within one business day.
- Pro does not unlock after payment, and we cannot activate it within one business day.
- The extension does not do what the homepage describes: export a table from the page into a spreadsheet you can open in Excel.
- You have not used Pro after paying, and you want to stop.
The 3 free uses before purchase do not count as use of Pro. If Pro was already used to complete exports during those 14 days, we may decline a change-of-mind refund. A product that does not run, does not unlock, or does not match the description is still refunded in full.
After 14 days, we refund when Pro cannot be activated or the extension cannot perform the export described on the homepage, and we cannot correct that. There is no later renewal to cancel, because the license does not renew.
How to ask
Email anna.chen@uitg.co with the Paddle order number, the email on the receipt, and the reason. You can also start from the order link on the Paddle receipt. We reply within two business days to say whether the refund is approved.
Do not send a card number. Paddle already has the payment.
What happens to the license
When a refund is approved, the Pro license for that order is turned off. The extension returns to the free limit. Paddle returns the card payment. The time it takes to appear on the card is set by the card issuer, not by this website.
Rights that the law already gives you
If the consumer law where you live requires a refund in a case this page does not list, that law applies. Mandatory rights are not removed by these terms. Paddle, as merchant of record, also presents buyer terms at checkout; those terms apply to the payment.
